Error: An error occurred while processing the form

Dear all,

I have 3 forms, I can click and view 2 of them, except another one. When I click that form, it appeared an error: "An error occurred while processing the form". Moreover, I can't delete that form. I don't know why and how to fix it. I searched via Internet but no solution found.

Please help!
