Self Approval for A User

Hi,

We are in R12.2 & using Iexpense. I have a scenario where 2 users need to be given self approval say user A & B. I used supervisory level approval & gave Top Person Id as user A. Now all others including user A can submit expense reports properly but for user B there is an exception since the rule is Require approvals up to the first superior, at most. This user B does not have a supervisor. My requirement is to give self approval for both User A & B. SInce user A is top supervisor he can self
