iSupport New Registration is not Happening in R12

Hi,

We are facing the Blank Page issue with  iSupport new registration.

Here are the details ...iSupport 12.1.3 with 11g DB on Solaris.

Navigation :

1.  http://host.domain.org:8000/OA_HTML/ibuhpage.jsp

2. Click on "Register Here" on home page

3. Click on "Register as individual"  -jtfreg.jsp

4. Enter new user details to register

5. Click on Sumbit button.

6. Blank Page ----ibeCRgpIndividualUser.jsp


We have enabled the log and raised SR, but no solution since 15 days.

its stopping our production go live. Pls let me know what is the exact issue?
