Default Sales Representative in SO

Hi,

Can I know how to default a sales representative code in the sales order - Header commission screen base on customer code and branch plant entered.

eg customer A , branch plant A ,  sales representative code = 10010

     customer A , branch plant B ,  sales representative code = 10020

     customer A , branch plant C ,  sales representative code = 10030

Please advise. Thanks
