WIP Move Content Label is not getting printed via MSCA Move Txn.

We have defined a Label Format  for WIP Move Contents  Type.

We have assigned a correct Business Flow "WIP Job Move Txn" to WIP Move Contents.

Now Expectations are that When we do Move txn via MSCA - the WIP move content label should gets printed.

I can not find any in Label History.

Has any one suggest am i missing some set ups?

I am attaching screenshot of config.
