Isupplier - Request Changes option is missing

Hi

From my Isupplier resposnibility :  Request Changes option is missing

I am in ISUPPLIER FULL PORTAL ACCESS responsibility. The menu attached is iSupplier Portal New Application Menu and there are no exclusions or excluded items.

Am I still missing anything? A profile option or anything else?
