is there any utility or sql script to migrate a custom application to another

we are in process of upgrading our EBS R11 to R12, in EBS R11 we have a custom application called CINT according to oracle recommendation we have to change it to something like XXCINT, is there any utility or sql script that do this change for us or we have to re-register all of our forms/reports under new application "XXCINT" manually?
