Java application not working in Release 12.2.2

The Java code is define in Concurrent Program with executable method as Java concurrent program.

The class path is set at Unix and added via options in the CP definition. The program uses SQL script that create excel work book which is used by Finance for reporting. The java executable application is used with over 100 concurrent programs and none of these work on release 12.2 instance. These custom reports should be converted to BI publisher for excel report however due to cutover and UAT need the old Java application converted to the release 12.2 instance.

Have rebuilt the java application on the client with new libraries and deployed to R12.2 however same error
