Need Help to Resolve Cost Variance Issue

Dear All,

Until now I have unsolved issue. It's Cost variance in inventory Journal.

But what I have found just now is very big cost variance more then 1 Billion, Expert in Oracle GL please help me , the issue  happening too long, it very urge to resolve.
