why injector job in RPM injects price events with AUTO_CLEAN_IND as 0

in Retail Price Management (MOSC) Question

When we inject price events through injector job it is injecting the price events with AUTO_CLEAN_IND as 0, hence after conflict checking the records are not getting deleted from conflict check tables.

Is there any reason for injector job to do conflict checking with AUTO_CLEAN_IND as 0.
