Can not create sales order using API

Hallo.

I create a sales order using API.

At first, it was successfully created.

Then I try to make another sales order.

I didn’t do any changes on either application or my procedure.

When I was trying to create it, it showed 2 error messages:

  • ORA-01403: no data found in Package OE_ORDER_WF_UTIL Procedure Create_HdrWorkItem
  • User-Defined Exception in Package OE_ORDER_WF_UTIL Procedure Start_HdrProcess

I already search on google and I get no idea.

I also check doc id 117313.1, but there is no problem at all on my order type setup.

Anybody could help me?
