Empty "My Account" dialog box in BI Publisher

Hi,

On a BI Publisher installation, a user can't see the content of the "My Account" dialog box. The dialog box is open, but nothing is shown inside, only a blank window. Other users can see the content of this dialog box correcty.

Is there any rights to add to be able to see the content, or any other setup?
