Our AP clerks are somewhat randomly getting FRM-92100 disconnect when clicking "view PO" in AP Invoi
Once this happens they are not able to view POs for some certain amount of time. The current workaround is to have them run through am old Citrix server that is in the same data center as the EBS prod servers.
So we've been looking at all things network related since what Citrix is really doing is getting their requests to / from the EBS forms server to be within the same physical building. However, this far we're not finding any smoking gun and it ONLY happens to AP clerks that are viewing POs, which they do constantly all day. We have seen a bit of trouble with network retries, but not packet loss.
