User Provisioning to load data into ARM

What ARM roles should a user be provisioned to, to load data into ARM? The user should be able to load data only. Not perform or review reconciliations.

The user will login to workspace, open ARM and kick of a data load ( using FDMEE) from inside ARM.

Any information will be appreciated.
