Trying to configure BI Publisher 11.1.1.7 to connect to an Microsoft FTP server.

I can access the server using WinSCP and can ping the server from the BI Publisher server, but the BI Publisher Report Job runs indefinitely.  The report is created, but publishing it to the FTP server never completes.

There is no error message in the log.

Submitted a ticket but no forward motion on it.
