How to call VBScript from E1

Hi, I am using B34A1030 to call VBscrip. If  called locallyfrom UBE, it runs fine. When run from web client, it doesn't.  The UBE is mapped (OCM) to a Windows server (we ran in an Iseries enterprise server), the script resides on the windows server too. Why would it not run?
