EBS 12.2.4 rapidwiz Vision install fails on RHEL 6.5 with RW-50004 and RW-50010

The following errors are in the referenced log file at /home/oracle/VIS/fs2/inst/apps/VIS_kbmvm-ebs1224/logs

StackTrace:

java.sql.SQLException: Io exception: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

Fatal Error: TXK Install Service

oracle.apps.fnd.txk.config.ProcessStateException: OUI process failed : Exit=139

Cannot install Web Tier Utilities

RW-50010: Error: - script has returned an error: 1

RW-50004: Error code received when running external process

I am not having any luck with googling any of this, so any help is appreciated!
