How to delete/clean no defined values on fnd_profile_option_values?

Hi,

In fact, there are two questions for this topic. We found there are many level id is 10007 which is undefined values in table fnd_profile_option_values. Are those unavailable values of profile?

If yes, how to delete/clean this unavailable profile values from table fnd_profile_option_values?

Our environment is 12.1.3.
