ServiceControl is exiting with status 3 after install of ebs 12.1

Hi

I have been struggling bringing up ebs apps after instal

I have been searching all my logs

I have found this in my adstrtal log


so could this be the problem

is so how do I fix

The report format is:

  Web Entry Point Services   OracleTNSListenerAPPS_VIS_erieoracle       adalnctl.sh      Already Started

 

  Web Application Services                                                               Enabled

 

  Web Application Services   OACORE OC4J Instance VIS_erieoracle        adoacorectl.sh   Failed
