RC-50014: Fatal: Execution of AutoConfig was failed during apps cloning

Hi,

i upgrade my application from R12.0.6 to R.12.1 with success and try to proceed for cloning

the Database cloning done with success but during application cloning i faced the issue "RC-50014: Fatal: Execution of AutoConfig was failed"

see attached log file

please note:

OS: windows 2003 server 32 bit

database version: 11.2.0.3

any advise?
