In managing Oracle OEM 12c Snap Clone, how can I keep the Test Master Database in sync with the live

in Managing Cloud-VM-Provisioning using Enterprise Manager (MOSC) Question

I am trying to set up database cloning via the Enterprise Manager 12c Snap Clone feature. As we would want the new clones to have the latest data from the production database, we would want to keep the Test Master Database for the cloning in sync with production data so that we don't need to refresh the master database every time when we need fresh data from production. Is this possible? If so, how can I set it up and manage it? We are on NetApp storage, and we have the option to set up the test master database either
