Modifying mappings for inbound EDI 855 and EDI 856 in Oracle E-Business Suite

Hi Team,

We have requirement for Drop Ship wherein the Shipment confirmation and the PO Acknowledgment is sent through EDI by client’s supplier. The supplier has been setup as Trading Partners in XML Gateway.

We are trying to process this inbound ASN (EDI 856) and the inbound ACKPO (EDI 855) in Oracle. We are currently trying to modify the existing POS_ASN and the CLN_PO_ACKPO_OAG72_IN mapping files as part of this requirement.

Request you to kindly let us know if you have worked on modifying any of the Oracle mapping files as part of EDI implementation. This will be of great help for us.
