tax line is not being create automatically for simple credit memo through interface lines

Dear all,

We are trying to create credit memo but i came to know it is not creating separate tax line. Although i have set option default tax option in transaction type.

I want to set tax code "VAT OUTPUT EXEMPT" although this tax code is working with invoices already.

Could you please let me know the cause of this issue?
