customer is coming as a overdue account in credit check screen

Hi Team,

One customer is having a outstanding amount of 6711647 INR and the credit limit of 9200000.Though the credit limit is greater than the outstanding amount,still that customer is coming as over due customer.

We will attach the screen shot of credit check screen

Please advise
