Cross Reference running for long time than usual.

hi we have encountered a problem while running xref for application .it is running for long time..when i checked jde.log file i could find some error .can you plz help to rectify this issue.

errors in jde.log:

Get Table Spec for table F7618B failed

Failed to find table specifications
