Attach option/equipement load level

Hi,

How can I automatically attach option/equipment to a load?

I've set up option/equipement at shipment and load level.

When I enter a sale order, the shipment is automatically created with option/equipment.

But when I built a load with this shipment, I've no option/equipment on this load.

Someone can help me?
