Budget for Pre approved expense batch.

Hi Experts,

Can you help me with the following query?

How to enable budgetary control for Preapproved expense batch?

I happened to saw that in one of metalin notes that it is not possiabe for preapproved batches. If so how can we enable the budget for preapproved expense batch then?
