Personalization of core label attributes

Hi all,

I have some requirements related to change the label of core attributes and functionality.

Example 1: Change the labels of PPM Add resource window attributes.

Let's say, where it's written  "As a team member only, I'd like to change to  As a resource and vice-versa. The feature remains the same but labels are changed.

Example 2: Change the label of the Reject button on workflows. It must show Recycle, instead of Reject.

These are just examples as I have some others demands.

The point is: can I change core labels?

By the way, I'm assuming that those changes would be done by customizations.
