How do I find out wether a certain bug, which was fixed during 11.2.0.3 exists in 11.2.0.4?

Hi to everyone,

two years ago i have reported a bug to oracle (bugid 14012895), which was fixed in a individual patch for 11.2.0.3.

How do i find out wether it exists in 11.2.0.4 or in 12c?
