DBA Detail

We have a DBA that should have been divided into multiple DBA's. I've created new DBA's and I want to transfer an employee's DBA detail from the current DBA to the new DBA. I'm able to edit the DBA summary but not the detail. Is there a way to add/change DBA detail without using SQL?
