Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. 12.1.3 anyone gone from 1 ledger to multiple ledgers

I'm trying to gage the impact of going to multiple ledgers.

For instance:

- Can two ledgers use the same Chart of accounts?

- How does implementing two ledger affect Supporting data, like Vendors, customers, Employees, eta

- Can a set of books have mutiple ledgers?

The organization I work for is moving to split operations and they want a new ledger to segragate transactions from the current ledger transactions.
