How to perform pick release across internal sales order( Sales Order field is null) and Pick from is

Hi Eveyone,  We implemented Internal sales order, user would like to pick release against all internal order and the internal order line item are picked(Source Subinventory) from subinventory e.g. WF1, WF2, WF3

How to perform pick release across internal sales order( Sales Order field is null) and Pick from is null ?

And we would like to schedule Pick release SRS  for such release rule.

Is it possible and how ?
