Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Agile realm error while adding attachments

Hi,

when we try to add the attachments in Agile 9.3.0.1 (running on OAS) a popup appears to input ifsuser name and password.

Even after entering the values the popup still appears.

Any help?
