Technicians experiencing timing out issues on the Moile Field App

We have technicians experiencing timing out issues on the Moile Field Ap. Could this be due to the technician being logged into Mobile Field Service on their iPhone and using it as a hot spot for logging into MFA on their tablet? Could being logged into both their iPhone and tablet at the same time be causing the timing out issues?
