Is there a report about benefits enrollment progress/status in OAB?
We have reports to tell us when a life event has occurred, like for a new hire. But what is missing is a report in Oracle to tell us progress or status of the people that have had a recent life event?
For example, it would be great to see which new hires have actually made some sort of entry into their benefits enrollment record and those who have made no entries at all, in addition to seeing which people have completed their enrollment? (A report instead of looking up individuals in the benefits service center screen.) If we know who hasn't started their enrollment we can send targeted emails to those people, rather than send emails to everyone. This would also come in handy at annual open enrollment time as well.
