MACRS mid-quarter depreciation not calculating correctly for retirement in last month of quarter

We have set up and tested several scenarios of tax books using MACRS Mid-Quarter depreciation method and rates, but are not getting the correct results for assets retired in the last month of a quarter, specifically June for a DPIS of May of the previous year.

 

We followed notes 315385.1 and 858762.1 for the setups; we can get a mid-quarter retirement to calculate correctly, but cannot get the correct results for retirements in the last month of a quarter. Anyone have any ideas or insight that you are willing to share?
