Sourcing - how do you set the email address for 'administrator' link in the Supplier Collaboration N

In the Supplier Collaboration Network: Confirmation of Registration email message sent when a Supplier contact is registered for Sourcing (through Supplier User management), there is a link to 'administrator' that contains the email address where any questions should be sent. How is the correct email for this set?
