Web ADI - Journal Import (Journal Import) - Error

We have a user that gets an error with every 'Web ADI - Journal Import (Journal Import)' request that is run.  The error message is...

LEZL0029:
Only data for ledgers with a matching chart of accounts and calendar can be
imported.

This error only occurs for one user.  No error occurs when other users do the same thing.  What needs to be changed for that user/HRMS account?  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.
