Functional Impact Assessment (FIA) Documentation Available

We often get asked about the impact of applying RUP or consolidated patches - what's the new functionality, what are the exact changes, what should I re-test, etc.

In response Development have now started to produce Functional Impact Assessment documents which explain what the new features in the patch are, what the functional impact is and testing recommendations.

The FIA documents for CRM are available in Doc ID 1921161.1.  Keep an eye on this document as it will be updated when new FIAs are available.
