Impact of turning off the Demantra Engine

Hi Gurus,

Client requirement to shut the engine off.

• Sales Team will not consider system generated Forecast and they only consider manual override forecast.

• As System generates forecast by using on Historical Sales and Promotions Data in the system where as Sales Team inputs the override based on customer leads/targets/budget.

• When Demantra Engine is run user feels that Manual forecast is overridden by system generated but it is not correct. I explained him clearly with showing test cases how the Forecast is getting calculated and it is not overriding any Manual forecast (Confirmed with Oracle Support as well)
