Active Customer not showing in the Bill To Customer LOV in the Transactions form
Hi,
We have a weird situation:
An active Customer with an active site is showing in the Ship To List of Values on the Transactions screen but not showing in the Bill To one!
We need to issue a Credit Memo for him but we are unable to do so.
Any idea what it could be?!
Please note that we are able to enter a sales order for this customer and the Bill To and Ship To are showing.
