Will IP2014 support "upgrade" on Oracle 12c?

Hi All,

we're currently on Siebel 8.1.1.11 and Database 11g in Dev and Test. Production is still 8.1.1.6 and 11g. Now since 8.1.1.11 still has some issues, we need to wait for IP2014 until upgrading production. In the meantime, since database 11g is near it's end of support, we plan to upgrade the database from 11g to 12.1.0.2 in all environments. This might cause some issues, as 12c support has just been added in 8.1.1.11, but only for existing installations - not for upgrade (see Doc ID 1582221.1).

The question is, will IP2014 support 12c also for upgrade?
If yes, we would be safe to upgrade from 11g to 12c already in all environments, and upgrade to IP2014 next year. If no, we need to stick on 11g until IP2014 has been released and at least development has been upgrade.
