Upgradation from Siebel 8117 to 81110

Hi Team,

1. Can you tell me how to upgrade the Siebel Repository which is 8117 in PRODUCTION environment?

     -- We already upgraded the lower environment using IRM, Seed Data & Seed Data-ENU.

     -- If we import the Siebel Repository from lower environment into PROD env, Do I need to import the Seed Data,Seed Data-ENU again or not?

2. What are the mandatory Quick Fixes (QF's) needs to be apply for 81110 in the Siebel Enterprise Server, SWSE and Siebel Tools & Client?
