Encode Failed message on mace call

We are getting this message when we execute a particular rule group through mace:

mace caught Exception: DimensionException: Dimension 'item' encode failed 7460 > 7403


...for one of the local domains.


Based on what I have found about this message, something is corrupt in the dimension dictionary.


My question is, can this be resolved through the fixDomain binary?
