Notifications in OSM Administrator

Hi,


We are using OSM 7.2.2.2.2 build 425.


We have configured some jeopardy conditions and are able to recieve email notifications. But we are not able to see any content under notifications tab in OSM Administrator.


In one of our SR's, we got doc id 1384325.1 which is a video on email testing.

In that video, the oracle executive creates a event in the default order and he is able to see it under the notifications tab in Administrator.

Similar kind of notifications are available in O2A orders which notifies aboout order fallout in COM_SalesOrder_Fulfillment Order.But those are not seen under notifications tab.
