Is there any flag or field to identify if a Customer is Taxable or Non Taxable

Please let me know if we can identify if a Customer or Customer Site is Taxable or Non Taxable. We have a requirement for a custom report but I couldn't find any such field in the Customer Master that identifies it.

We are on 11.5.10.2
