R12.1.3 : How do I get the proper version of OAS 10.1.3 in order to apply 19030202 RPC 2 on top of 1

Hello,

We are running EBS 12.1.3 on MS Windows 2008.

We are planning to apply 19030202 RPC 2 on top of 12.1.3) or 17774755 (RPC1 on top of 12.1.3).

In the document for both patches something is mentioned about the versions of OAS 10.1.3.4 and 10.1.3.5.

How do I get to know the current version running on the system and is it neccessary to upgrade to  10.1.3.4 and 10.1.3.5 before installing one of these RPC's?
