Help! Is this a viable MassAllocation formula?

Please advise if this is a viable formula.  If not, and knowing that this will be a tedious task but is creating a formula for each simple allocation (one to one) with all segments marked with a type = "C" for constant the only possible way of doing this?  Is there a documentation besides the GL user guide that can thoroughly guide us with examples in setting up the formulas for MA?

Our user is entering this formula to define his MassAllocation.  Our coa structure is as follows:  Company, CC, Account, Project, Territory

He is trying to take a range of accounts (Project and Territory combinations)
