Smartview Can't Connect to Essbase - SSO

I have kerberos configured and working for Essbase. I can use smartview to connect to a shared connection and private connections on one computer. However, I can't connect from any other computer with my user account.

All other users can't connect as well and they have been added to the security policies of the web apps and have been provisioned to have access to Essbase.

I did notice that the http header of the working machine had a variable called ORA_EPMWS_USER that had my user account assigned to it. On all of the other machines and users, the http header does not have this and fails to connect.
