applying patch 18122013 on 12.1.3 gives warnings

We recently tried to apply patch 18122013 on 12.1.3 and we got the following warnings on all products in the patch

warning:

the description for the entity 'xxxx' in the patch driver does not match the current description

ex:

warning:

the description for the entity 'pay' in the patch driver does not match the current description

The current description is 'Payroll'

The description in the patch is 'Oracle Payroll'

.

We do have the prereqs AD.B.delta.3 and ATG_PF.B.delta.3

These are just warning can we safely ignore them ?

As mentionned they appear for every module in the patch
